JKF ARCHITECTURE’S Design Team was selected by Sampson Community College for the design of a 4,300 SF masonry building for the teaching of ammonia refrigeration technology and system maintenance.

The building cost was $650,000 and the special ammonia refrigeration equipment cost was $850,000. The project was completed on time and within budget in August 2010.
