JKF ARCHITECTURE as selected by the North Carolina Department of Justice to completely renovate the three-story Dormitory ‘C,’ located at the North Carolina Justice Academy’s Salemburg campus. Dormitory ‘C’ was originally constructed in 1989 and opened in 1990. JKF ARCHITECTURE’S work on the facility included a new HVAC system, fire alarm and security systems, bedroom and restroom upgrades throughout, ADA compliance, and updated interiors in all public spaces like the lobby. The building also received a new roof and windows. The project was delivered on time and within budget.
