East Carolina University (ECU) has selected Greenville-based JKF ARCHITECTURE for the $3.6 million renovation of Fleming Residence Hall’s Bathrooms, HVAC system, and Coordinator Apartment. Built in 1923, Fleming Hall received its name in honor of Senator James Fleming’s successful effort to establish the East Carolina Teachers Training School (later re-named East Carolina University). This project will be completed in Summer 2019 on an accelerated timeframe to make sure students can occupy the building for classes in the fall. The JKF Design Team appreciates the opportunity to serve ECU and its student population!
